We use wood wool where we can, which is product from the forest to fill out your parcel and protect your order from any damage during transit. Wood Wool is a natural and environmentally friendly, biodegradable packaging material suitable for baskets, boxes and trays. You will be able to reuse this packaging as it is being free of chemicals, and it is ideal for food hampers. Wood Wool is however, weighty, so in some cases we use lighter packaging materials to save you on postage. All packaging is fully reusable.

Fashion the wood wool into a cushiony pad for use in baskets and trays. You'll find if you tease out the fibres it will go a lot further.

Postage/Shipment Details

Most orders should arrive within 1 to 3 working weeks from receiving your confirmation receipt.

If you find your Boticario order has not arrived within a reasonable time frame from this confirmation, please contact us so we can trace your order.

We currently offer FREE Shipping to anywhere in Australia on orders of one or two units. If you order three bottles or more you, you will only pay a minimum postage cost, we will pick up all additional postage charges for your convenience, to support our customers.
